"One of our post-production partners has been compromised and footage from several of our titles has unfortunately leaked online...Our team is aggressively taking action to have it taken down.,"
Netflix has already experienced this with some of its anime titles. Some of the notable projects that have been massively affected by these leaks are Heartstopper Season 3 and Arcane Season 2. These shows were originally scheduled to debut on Netflix sometime in November this year.
What is Stranger Things season 5 about?
Stranger Things Season 5 will include a complete story arc that has been planned for the series since the beginning. In season 5, Vecna aka Henry also known as 001 successfully opens the gates between the Upside World and the Real World. As a result, dozens of people die and the town is in chaos as the majority of the people run to save their lives.
The smoke emitted from the giant gates causes all plant life to rapidly decay, resulting in the Real World turning into a replica of the Upside World. With Hawkins facing a major threat, the city will see military intervention, aided by some of its residents and our heroes who stand up to face Vecna.
Since its first premiere on Netflix in July 2016, Stranger Things continues to grow in terms of its strength and popularity. The fourth season of the show ranked second in Netflix’s all-time most-watched shows. As per the creators of the show, season 5 will not be the end of the universe, as it will continue to grow in some other form. For instance, the spin-off drama taking place in London which also belongs to Stranger Things universe and covers events that take place 26 years before the events unfolding in 2016.
