Crockpot Chili - BEST Chili Ever!!! - Kippi at Home. (2024)

One of my family’s favorite recipes is crockpot chili. I am all for a hot bowl of chili when it starts getting cooler. It is a hearty and protein-packed one-pot meal that everyone will be begging for more.

This recipe is also called slow cooker chili, but I call it delicious. Slow cooking chili gives the flavors time to develop so why not stitch on your slow cooker and forget it?

Let’s get cooking.

Crockpot Chili Instructions (Step-by-Step)

One-pot meals are so easy; however, this recipe does require an extra step of sauteing vegetables and browning the ground beef on the stove top. The veggie preparation and browning of the ground beef can be done a day ahead, so in the morning, you remove them from the refrigerator and place them in your Crockpot. Then add the canned goods and spices, cover and turn it on and forget it.

Tip: The easiest way to saute is to use a large skillet and a Teflon safe spoon
