OverviewOur affiliate, UWH of the Carolinas, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Morehead City, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful. About the Practice: The practice is a large group that consists of 7 OB/GYN physicians. In addition, the practice has a large mid-level support staff of 7 advanced practice providers including 2 certified nurse midwives. This practice is very well established in the region and has been serving women in Morehead City and Carteret County for over 42 years. The practice patients are a combination of private insurance and government payors. Deliveries and Gynecological surgeries are done at Carteret Health Care Hospital. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an established practice with a large physician and staff team in a small-town environment that allows for great beach and outdoor activities.

Practice performs deliveries and GYN surgeries at Carteret Health Care Hospital in Morehead City

Work life balance with call 1 in 8. Always off post call
Patient Census: 20-30/daily depending on specialty
Potential for Partnership in the Practice after 2 years
4 weeks of PTO/Vacation
$60K Sign on Bonus
