How do I get my $200 rebate from Verizon? ›

"After checkout, redeem your reward via your Notifications on the My Verizon app or vzw.com/myverizon. Your $200 Verizon gift card will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt of claim to the submitted email address."

How do I redeem a rebate offer? Link directly to your offer via your Notifications in My Verizon (website or app), then click Submit.

You should call 1-800-922-0204 or click on Contact Us and use the address listed and send a letter via certified mail if you want to talk to someone at Verizon Wireless. On the rebate site there should also be a phone number for customer service.

If you've paid your bill in full and on time 10 out of 12 months, we'll refund your deposit. The refund will be applied to your credit or debit card. If your payment card is not available, the refund will be applied to your bill.

All earned Verizon Dollars¹ will accumulate together in your shared Verizon Dollar Bank in My Verizon website and My Verizon app, and on the Verizon Visa Card app. Verizon Dollars can only be redeemed by the Verizon Fios Account Owner or Verizon wireless Account Owner or Account Manager on your credit card account.

Verizon Dollars are still available through the Verizon Visa card. To use Verizon Dollars on your bill, tap on the Verizon Dollars tile in the My Verizon app or use the Verizon Up tab and scroll down towards the bottom to "Use Your Verizon Dollars."

For all of these reasons, you'll want to transfer your rebate card's balance into your bank account soon after receiving it. Although they won't be happy about it, Verizon's customer service team can walk you through the process of depositing your rebate into your bank account.

Visit vzw.com/rebate. Enter the appropriate information. Submit the offer redemption within 60 days of activation. You will receive the Verizon Gift Card via email within 8 weeks of submission.

Sign into My Verizon and you can: View your final bill. Check status of any refund you're expecting.

You can find that under account details in My Verizon. Confirm that number, and then your first and last name. You then submit all that. Once you have a confirmed submission, you should receive the VZ Gift Card via email within 8-weeks of submission.
